The Lifeletics Academy is 5-days of workouts involving professional hitting, pitching and fielding instruction in fun and exciting formats. Each day builds upon the next with a variety of drills and itineraries to keep workouts fresh. Athletes are divided based on age first, and skill level second, to learn and develop the fundamentals of baseball. These small groups rotate between semi-private instructional lessons in hitting, pitching and fielding, and station work in areas such as agility, baserunning, arm strengthening, bunting, and relays. The Academy focuses on preparing athletes for competition with an efficient and high-energy tempo.
