The Governing Board consists of the five elected officers and the six elected representatives from the Discussion Groups. All of the officers are elected to four year terms. The Director, Secretary, and Treasurer were elected in 2006. The First Vice Director and the Second Vice Director were elected in 2008. The person who receives the most votes (for Vice Director) will be the First Vice Director. In the event of a tie, the person that has served on the Board for the longest will be the First Vice Director. Officers are elected at the annual meeting which is the final Sunday in August.

One Representative is elected for each Discussion Group at the annual Discussion Group meeting. A Representative will serve a one year term.
