Franklin shall fix the amount and terms of payment for charges of goods, services, and use of the facilities by members and guests, including fees for court usage. From time to time, adjustments must be made in the amount and terms of dues payments.

The obligation to pay dues is not dependent on the availability of all the club's facilities. Sometimes tournaments, repairs and maintenance require restricted hours and/or access to individual facilities. Dues will not be reduced or suspended during these times. Every effort will be made not to unduly inconvenience members while fulfilling our obligation to keep all facilities in the best possible condition.



There are different  type of payment that Franklin Athletic Club accepts for shop dues  credit card,  cash or checks. Due by the 1st of the month. To avoid a monthly credit card charge, you must prepay by the 25th day of the preceding month.

A member who is on medical leave (unable to use the Club facilities) is responsible for one-third of their individual portion of their monthly dues. A doctor note stating a minimum of at least one month's convalescence is required to activate a Medical Hold. Memberships run continuously, and no temporary suspension is allowed because of travel schedules or personal needs.
