The One Day Development Camp is for high school students entering their senior year. They will be taught basic skills by the Purdue coaching staff in speed improvement and agility for their position. There will also be individual position drills and information on the NCAA Clearinghouse. Campers should bring the following: workout clothes (shorts, t-shirt, athletic shoes), football cleats, towel, and change of clothing, as shower facilities will be available at the conclusion of the camp. Please indicate date that you will be attending when preregistering, walk-ups are also accepted. Health Center, located close to Mackey Arena, or by a member of Purdue’s athletic training staff. All campers are covered by a blanket insurance policy covering injuries sustained at camp, up to a maximum of $5,000, and in most cases, $1,000 maximum coverage for illness. Coverage does not extend to preexisting conditions. This coverage does not replace personal health insurance. A licensed physician must sign the registration form (a school medical form signed no more than 12 months prior to camp is also acceptable). No medical forms will be returned.
Housing
Athletes are housed in residence halls located on the Purdue campus. To request a roommate, your registrations must be sent in together.
Cost and Registration
Early application is encouraged. Include a check postmarked no later than one week prior to the start of camp. Non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 for Quarterback School or $20 for One Day Development Camp applies. Purdue University is not responsible for costs incurred due to cancellation. Participants are expected to attend planned sessions and to comply with the rules and regulations of Purdue University and Purdue Summer Sports Camps.
