Bass River Tennis Club is committed to offering social, instructional and competitive tennis to the surrounding community in a first-class facility run by people who are dedicated to ensuring that each Bass River Tennis Club experience is a positive one.
There are three groups of stakeholders who have goals relating to our mission.
Customers: The goal is to provide a club for members, their guests, and fee paying tennis players to play, learn and improve their game of tennis. Safety and facility cleanliness is always a priority. We expect an atmosphere of friendliness and open communication. We want our customers to receive value for the money they spend.
Employees: The goal is to provide a place to work that is safe, comfortable and professionally challenging. BRTC employees should feel that they are fairly compensated. Employees are expected to have a service orientation and are expected to demonstrate initiative and a view of the business as a whole. The environment should reflect a feeling of mutual respect and teamwork.
Owner: The goal is to run a profitable business that offers the service of tennis playing to the community. The business will also strive to give back to the community and to explore ways to offer tennis to the disadvantaged community.
Club Philosophy and Core Values: Bass River Tennis Club strives to exceed our members’ expectations by providing exemplarily member service and creating an atmosphere of friendliness, helpfulness and cleanliness.
