Each participant will be instructed on all aspects of pitching and catching. We will cover basic mechanics, proper grips, throwing programs, long toss, and mental aspects of pitching. Catching instruction will cover throwing, blocking, proper set up and target, as well as fundamental footwork for the position. Pitchers will throw off the mound to catchers at the end of each session.
