Each team must consist of at least 12 players for the co-ed league and 10 for men's league. There can be a maximum of 20 players on a team's roster. For co-ed divisions, the format will be 8-on-8 with each team typically having 5 males and 3 females on the field at a time (at least 2 females are required to be on the field to avoid forfeit). The men's league (aka RASL-Dazzle) will also be 8-on-8 but will have no gender specific rules in regards to roster and game play. There is also limited blocking contact allowed for men's.
