To allow High School and College Coaches to understand how a Professional Scout evaluates amateur players.  This will in-turn allow these coaches to better evaluate their players, thereby giving them a truer gauge when recommending them to college coaches and professional scouts.

This will also help clear-up some misconceptions about scouting and evaluating players for amateur coaches.  Professional Development forms will be given to attendees.
