To help high school and middle school baseball players develop and/or refine their baseball skills and knowledge of the game; to help high school players to be seen by two-year and four-year college coaches and professional scouts. To help prepare middle school players  to compete on high school level.This will in-turn allow these coaches to better evaluate their players, thereby giving them a truer gauge when recommending them to college coaches and professional scouts.

This will also help clear-up some misconceptions about scouting and evaluating players for amateur coaches.  Professional Development forms will be given to attendees.
