DescriptionOur camps provide instruction for players of all skill levels, as each camp is designed to emphasize individual improvement, fundamental skills, teamwork, sportsmanship and enjoyment. This year's Advanced Skills Camp (formerly called Elite Camp) promises to be an unbelievable weekend of high-level, competitive and fun basketball. We are excited to announce that Stephanie Wood will return for the third year in a row as Camp Director for the Advanced Skills Camp. Stephanie is one of the best in the country at personal training and skill development for basketball. She has worked with Gannon Baker and was the Lead Trainer for Gannon Baker Basketball Services. Stephanie also worked at the Nike Skills Academy for several years, and has spent numerous hours working with NBA, WNBA, collegiate players on improving their game. Stephanie's knowledge of the game, her capacity to connect with players, and her ability to help players see improvement in their game is second to none. At our camp, she and our staff will help our campers improve their game by providing top-notch on-court training as well as incorporating film sessions and tips to improve their "basketball I.Q." All participants will leave camp with a book of drills to take home, a notebook with their own notes that they gathered from the camp, and an individualized evaluation of their skills done by Stephanie and our camp staff. It promises to be an amazing weekend of basketball, and a tremendous opportunity to raise their game to a new level. Details

Sam, thank you so much for this topic. It is excellent timing. I ended a relationship about 4 weeks ago because my partner was treating me badly. I felt very sad and depressed about it because he does have some good qualities that aren't easy to find, or so I thought, and we seemed to otherwise click very well. After reading Dr Carver's articles I can now see that several other warning signs were present in extremely subtle forms. I'd picked up on a couple but didn't realise they should raise a big red flag. Some of the warning signs were absent, but this man is a big fan of the book "How to win friends and influence people" and other related books. He has in all probability learned how to disguise those other warning signs. I was about 90% over him before I read that article. Now I'm totally over him, extremely relieved, and will keep away as far as possible. Thank you.

my mother has only cast iron and enamel cookware, and it is the best cookware I have used - beats non-stick any day. mind you i am not an omlette maker!
