Colorado College Head Coach Liz Campbell is the director of the Colorado College Girls basketball camp. In her first season at Colorado College, the Tigers posted a 16-9 record and led the team to a second place finish in the Western Division of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference. Prior to working at Colorado College she helped turn around a DIII program in Atlanta that went to the Final Four in 2007-08. Campbell has been coaching college basketball for eight years.
The camp staff consists of member of the Tigers Coaching staff as well as current CC players. We group athletes by age and ability to provide a challenging learning experience. Campers learn through stations and individual drills, then put these skills to practice in game situations. Each camper will receive individual instruction and attention from coaches and camp counselors to help her learn to become a better basketball player. At the end of the week each camper will receive a skill evaluation form outlining areas of their game to continue to work on. We are committed to making the week a fun experience for campers to improve their basketball skills and make new friends.
