DescriptionProgressive Training is back again to provide a pre-season football speed, agility and conditioning camp for Southridge Youth Football participants. This is a great opportunity to work on football specific drills and workouts. Sessions will focus on foot speed, reaction time, agility, explosive power and running technique that will help your athlete excel in the upcoming football season. early registration discount!
