Bill Harvey is the Managing Member of Harvey Resorts. Harvey Resorts is the owning and managing entity behind Silver Palms RV Village – the number one destination among recreation vehicle parks in North America.  Bill Harvey has been involved with a number of major real estate development/investment projects in Florida since 1985.

Harvey Resorts was founded on the principle that all RV owners should have the opportunity to own a site in a first-class, resort style setting. Essentially, the idea is to change the popular misconceptions surrounding recreation vehicle parks. Harvey Resorts projects are large to allow for the development of a full array of recreational opportunities in ideal locations.

The mission of Harvey Resorts is to create a new breed of recreation vehicle parks, focusing on the community element and a resort style of living. Recreation vehicle parks should feature the same benefits as exclusive living communities. The lifestyle that will emerge from such projects as Silver Palms RV Village will truly reinvent the idea of what an RV park can be.

And Harvey Resorts will not discriminate and will accept all types of RVs on Harvey Resort property. While the spacious lots will accommodate today’s 45’ Motor Homes, travel trailers and fifth wheels are also welcome as are Park Models. The inclusive nature of Silver Palms RV Village is one aspect of the changing nature of recreation vehicle parks that Harvey Resorts wishes to embrace.
