EACH player is required to turn in a UW Waiver Form in order to participate in the University of Washington 7 on 7 Passing Camp. Without the Waiver Form, the player will not be able to participate in the events.

Confirmation of the number of players attending is due one week prior to the event (June 11th). To keep our costs down we need a guaranteed number for lunch orders and t-shirts. Coaches will be expected to pay for the number given.
