NYC is one of the candidate host cities in the US Bid for the 2018/2022 World Cups. We are sending out an email blast to throughout the tri-state region to encourage players and their families to sign the online petition supporting the US bid. The goal is to have 1 million signatures before December 2, which is the date that FIFA will decide the host nations.

 

The Eastern New York Soccer Hall of Fame has four new inductees. Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association secretary Lynne Thibdeau, Region I director Bob Palmiero, long-time college coach Carlo Tramontozzi and referee Nino Catalioti were inducted during ceremonies in Franklin Square, N.Y. Saturday night.
