The Games Camp program consists of daily game play. Campers have the opportunity to play with other campers of similar age and ability levels in live games. Extensive game play allows campers to experience a variety of game situations. The Games Camp gives campers the chance to learn from others, improve decision-making abilities, become familiar with different styles of play, and develop teamwork. Daily hitting sessions and training in the batting cages is also included. This camp is appropriate for beginner to intermediate players. Players are grouped by age and ability levels.
Join the experienced and knowledgeable CAL Baseball Coaching Staff this summer at one of our Cal Berkeley Baseball Camps. Baseball Camp instruction includes position specific training, fundamental skill development, and drills concentrating on throwing, hitting, pitching, catching, and defensive techniques. Game play focuses on overall skill development, incorporating all aspects of the game. Players are grouped according to both age and ability levels, placing players of similar abilities and positions in the same group to create a more effective learning environment.
