Thanks for your interest in the Catawba Basketball Camps.  Since 1993, over 14,835 boys and girls have attend our camps.  Over the last 16 years, 1,264 teams have attended our Team Camp. In addition, 13 campers which attended the Catawba Basketball Camps, have signed basketball scholarships with Catawba. The camps are directed by Coach Jim Baker, Head Basketball Coach at Catawba and Assistant Basketball Coaches Bill Haggerty and Marvin Moore. We offer 6 different types of camps which are based on the individual needs of the camper. Listed below is a short description of each camp. This camp is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 8. We offer four weeks of Beginner Camp.  The camp is half-day from 9:00am to 12:00pm each day. The Beginner Camp is designed for those who are just beginning to play basketballand for those who have never attended a camp before. Basic fundamentals are taught but the our main goal is for the campers to have a great experience and to enjoy camps and basketball.
