Intensity Training is designed for the serious soccer player. The rigorous schedule will demand a level of participation most players are unaware they possess. The intensity curriculum combines technical and tactical skill training with the added elements of fitness and pressure. The player's ability to perform under simulated game-like conditions will be challenged throughout the week.  This program identifies skills and weaknesses and offers solutions to maximize the player's potential.  The Intensity Training week will be constant competition that will test the player's mental and physical ability.

 

Our camp goal is to provide a fun and safe environment to learn the fundamentals of basketball. Each camper will receive individual instruction, life lessons, camp t-shirt, camp basketball, and a great time!

 

Our coaching staff for our camps includes Head Coach Jennifer Graf, former WNBA player and current Associate Head Coach,  Trina Frierson, Assistant Coaches  Bob Austin, Victoria Willis, as well as current and former Lady Demons.
