Camp Wayfarer, nestled in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains, is a camp for boys and girls ages 6-16. Wayfarer is a traditional summer camp, but it is more. It is a family consisting of campers, counselors, alumni, and parents that are building new traditions in a young and growing camp! Wayfarer offers a unique opportunity for campers to grow based on a firm foundation of spiritual, physical, mental, and social development. Campers learn to make good decisions and become independent leaders by living in a supportive camp family.



Our endeavor is to help each camper develop self-confidence, to acquire a better understanding and respect for others, to learn to work together as a group to achieve common goals, to develop lifelong skills and an appreciation for our environment.
