The Excel in Basketball Interior Post Play Camp is designed to refine skills in the technical development of interior/post play. The 8 hours of intense instruction will introduce guards and post players to the basics of interior play, including: rebounding, offensive moves, shooting, interior passing, mental preparation, developing your physical game, individual offensive movement and post partners offensive movement.

Instructional topics include: Screening & sealing, Working in Pairs, Post Passing, Establishing Post Position, Defending the Post, Offensive Moves and Creating Angles to score.
