The camp has a number of aims. For the players who wish to play in college and are approaching that stage of their soccer playing careers, they will have an experience similar to that of a college preseason. Within this, individuals will take part in college-level training sessions and will be introduced to a college weight training program - including instruction on utilizing correct technique. Evening activities will consist of a number of forums on various age-appropriate topics (e.g. college recruiting, sports psychology, nutrition etc.)
