The prospect camp is restricted to 2011, 2012, & 2013 high school graduates. A maximum of 75 prospective student-athletes will be admitted. When each defensive position fills up, we will no longer continue registration for that particular position. Players need to pick a primary position where they will participate during the game. If an individual desires to be evaluated at a secondary position, they can do so during the defensive evaluations. The Ohio University baseball staff, college coaches from all divisions, and professional scouts from Ohio and surrounding states will be in attendance. In recent years, both college coaches and professional scouts have relied heavily on prospect camps and showcases to see and evaluate players. Over the past ten seasons all of Ohio University Baseball’s recruiting classes have included at least one scholarship student-athlete that has attended one of our previous Prospect Camps. All baseball instructions, evaluations, games, and workouts will be conducted at Bob Wren Stadium. The strength and conditioning instruction will take place in the Carin Center, the Ohio strength training facility in Peden Stadium.
