The main objective of our High Performance Tennis Camp is to give players the tools to compete, not only through intensive technical and tactical training, but also by teaching them how to prepare for matches and how to behave on the court during competition. Off-court training including seminars on nutrition, mental preparation and vigorous sport specific conditioning will be incorporated into the camp daily. Participants must receive permission from the camp director, prior to registration.
