Description

Welcome to Herzl Camp! We are a warm, welcoming Jewish community–big enough to offer a wide variety of activities but small enough for our Camp Director to know every camper by name.

Our camp is located on 120 acres on Devils Lake in Webster, Wisconsin. Herzl Camp is what summer camp ought to be. Campers escape from cell phones, computers and all forms of media to spend lots of time outdoors, exploring nature, trying new sports and activities while building friendships and self-confidence. A summer spent at Herzl Camp builds independence and self-reliance as well as Jewish friendships and identity that lasts a lifetime.

Explore our website to learn more about our camp, and then call us to discuss your child’s interests. We’re looking forward to getting to know you.

Herzl Camp was founded in 1946 by committed Jews from all over the Midwest. Herzl Camp’s unique role as an independent, trans-denominational, Zionist overnight camp quickly led to a large camper base from the Midwest, across the country and around the world. Camp’s mission has remained unchanged in over 60 years of service:
