Camp Ma-He-Tu first opened in 1937. Every summer since then Ma-He-Tu has been giving young girls incredible summer experiences. While Camp Ma-He-Tu has seen changes over the years, many traditions, even some from that first summer, are still alive today.

Our campers are girls ages 7-15. We have many first time campers each summer, as well as many who return year after year. For the most part, our campers come from the NY/NJ metropolitan area. Our girls come from diverse backgrounds, but form a close-knit community of approximately 100 campers for each two week session.
