Lions Camp Pride in New Durham, New Hampshire is a fully handicapped accessible facility, built and operated by the 42 Lions Clubs of eastern New Hampshire as a joint district volunteer service project.
From points north or west of Lions Camp Pride, take Route 28 to King’s Highway/Middleton Road. (Kings Highway/Middleton Road joins Route 28 in Wolfeboro). At the intersection of Route 28 and King’s Highway/Middleton Road is a blinking light and a building with the words “Weston Auto” on it. Continue straight ahead (Route 28 takes a sharp right turn) and you are on King’s Highway/Middleton Road. Drive approximately 4.5 miles and turn right onto Lions Camp Pride Way.
Follow Lions Camp Pride Way two miles to the camp bearing left at all forks you come to. When you see the entrance sign for Camp Pride bear left up the hill, the dining hall will be on your right and the administration building is to the left.
Lions Camp Pride has two waterfronts – a deep waterfront and a shallow waterfront with a sandy beach. The shallow waterfront has a storage building which includes a 20’ X 20’ sitting area under a roof. Canoes, floats, life jackets, emergency and other waterfront equipment are available.
