Each summer our campers come together to grow as individuals and as a family.Nestled on approximately 175 acres of Pennsylvania's beautiful Pocono Mountains, Camp Lindenmere is a private, co-ed sleep-away camp with a long, rich history. Established in 1935, our focus is on the individual growth of each child. We offer multi-session programming to best accommodate the needs of our campers.Lindenmere is situated only 90 miles from both New York City and Philadelphia, and our campers come from as far away as Washington D.C., Massachusetts, California, and Florida to spend their summers with us.Our cabins are large and airy, complete with indoor bathrooms and showers. Tasty, well balanced meals are served family style in a comfortable dining room with salad bar and baked potato bar available at both lunch and dinner. Additionally, a pasta bar is available at each dinner. The staff of over 100 people is mature and each is a specialist within an activity area of the camp. Special emphasis is always placed on individual interests and personal attention to the 150 boys and 150 girls who are with us for six weeks every summer.An atmosphere of warmth and companionship enables us to build a family away from home for six weeks every summer.
