DescriptionThis summer we will be offering a train-like-the-pros training experience. Class sessions begin each day (Monday-Friday) at 10:30 and will focus on speed, agility, flexibility, coordination and conditioning. The morning session will last approximately 90 minutes. From noon-1pm, Velocity will offer a lunch program for the athletes (additional cost) or athletes may bring their own lunch and Velocity will provide refreshments. The afternoon training session will begin around 1 pm and will take the athletes through an individualized and sport specific resistance training program. Our coaches will help guide the athletes through each exercise to ensure great technique and effective training. The weight session will end at 2 pm each day. Details

Peak Performance Camp(ages 12+) - camp training is offered 5 days a week (M-F) from 10:30am - 2 pm. Atletes may pick how often they can attend.
