Sound View's family camp is designed for anyone who loves the outdoors, and wants a chance to recreate with family and friends. We start our planning with food: excellent food, and lots of it! Next we toss in a little adventure and skill building: archery, horseback riding, boating, swimming, crafts, ropes courses, you get the idea! This we follow with what is really the basis of the whole plan and that is to focus on God: fellowship, worship, teaching, laughing, and more! There is something for everyone at family camp, if you just want to sit back and watch the energetic ones go nuts, or if you prefer to get in there and mix it up during activities and games, or if you're somewhere in the middle, come enjoy what has quickly become one of Sound View's most popular events!

Every year, families and individuals descend upon Sound View for a weekend of work, fun, fellowship, and great food in preparation for the summer months. Come see what it is like to be part of making camp happen! Suggested Food Donation.

All facilitators and or summer staff (for 2010) are invited to come out for a one night and one day Challenge Course refresher before the busy summer begins at Sound View. We will go over technical stuff as well as go pretty deep in soft skills and how to be genuine when facilitating. New facilitators are welcome.
