We now have the ability to offer our members on line meal planning! Nutritious Living helps users to journal and plan their own personal nutrition. Our system shows users how to correct deficiencies in their meal plans. This tool will also make suggestions using your favorite foods. "A" report card meal plans are also accessible for any user's perusal. Hampshire Hills' Fitness Department will shed new light to the old notion of a "gym". The Fitness staff is there to know you on a personal level in order to guide you in your own journey to a healthier lifestyle.
