While fun is always on the agenda for weekends at the Lake Cumberland Leadership Center, the council spent most of their time working hard to plan Teen Conference 2010. Friday night, Dr. Ken Culp III gave a presentation over how to have an effective council. The council then invite Dr. Culp and his daughters to take part in the bonfire/hot dog roast, where council members got a chance to catch up with each other after the long two month break. Saturday morning the council took part in a new community service project. Sixty-seven care packages were made for the Danville Children’s Home in Danville, Kentucky.
