DescriptionCamp Fort Hill is located on about 240, hilly and wooded acres, in southern St. Joseph County, Michigan. The Camp rents the entire facility primarily to youth groups who bring their own staff. The camp will sleep about 100 people in 7 cabins. There is a lodge with cooking and dining facilities. A separate building provides restrooms and showers. Any unused dates are taken local organizations and large family groups. The camp does not rent individual campsites. The camp is located on Lake Tamarack and does provide a swimming area plus boats and canoes. There is no public swimming or boat rental. Lake Tamarack does not have a public access. Camp Fort Hill is open from May until the end of October. The camp can be used during the other times, but there is no running water. We do have access to water at the nature centre and an outhouse is available. The lodge does have heat for winter groups. Details
