The Recreation Department is a creative, vital and growing division of the city of Westlake. Our mission is to provide leisure programs, facilities and services that enrich this vibrant community. Directed by Michael Rump, the Recreation Department maintains Westlake’s parks, as well as a recreation complex complete with outdoor and indoor tracks, baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, a gazebo, a playground, a picnic area, and a fishing pond. Our goal is to provide affordable entertainment in a safe, accessible and well-maintained environment.
