Cazadero Performing Arts Camp Youth Music program offers a summer program unlike any other. At Cazadero, campers rehearse under towering redwoods, work together with highly regarded conductors and coaches, sleep under the stars at night, and perform to enthusiastic ovations at the end of each week.

Set on 33 acres near the Russian River in Sonoma County, Cazadero's programs take place in a lush forest under an umbrella of spectacular redwood trees. Campers spend their days working a carefully calibrated program that strikes a balance between intense music education and carefree summer camp recreation and fun. Offerings include band, orchestra, and jazz ensemble along with piano and classical guitar. Sports - basketball, volleyball, swimming, ping pong, softball - arts and crafts, or shopping at the Camp Store are all part of the fun during free time. While the sun is setting there may be a campfire, a concert, an all camp dance, or an evening of skits to wind down before bed.

Over the past half-century, Cazadero has welcomed thousands of young musicians to its unique campsite in Sonoma County. A summer at Caz is a chance to create long-term friendships, an appreciation of natural beauty, and a lifelong love of music. Caz magic has lasted for generations; come on up and make some magic of your own. It's going to be another great Caz summer.
