DescriptionWe accomplish these goals through a dynamic Christian summer camp and year round program involving such activities as horsemanship, water sports, and wilderness adventure, as well as many others. We also use a caring summer camp and year round staff that seeks to meet the needs of our campers in very personal and effective ways. Our mission is founded on the Bible, the primary source of truth to the Christian faith. As a Maine summer camp, we are able to take advantage of the rugged beauty of our natural setting. We involve our boy and girl campers in programs that expose them to Maine's environment and use the teaching opportunities that arise from such experiences. Our VisionSpiritual To lead each camper to salvation and challenge them to grow in their faith in Christ. Physical To develop healthy bodies, enjoyment of the outdoors, and good safety habits. Social To develop leadership, self-reliance, responsibility, acceptance of others, and a wholesome attitude toward the opposite sex. Mental To develop creative thinking, self-expression, and personal conviction. Emotional To develop stability and self-confidence, as well as, encouraging wholesome fun and a sense of achievement.
