Plast - Ukrainian scouting organization is based on the movement launched skavttskomu Beyden Lord Paul (BBC Pi) in England in 1907r.Zasnovannya Ukrainian Plast thank Dr. Alexander Tysovskomu (wire) which in 1911 with other co-founders started youth groups in Lviv.

Reservoir is unique among Ukrainian youth organizations so that it employs 'samovyhovnyy' means.Plast youth is their action plans and chooses its leadership.Reservoir members engaged in homes, on prohulkah, and camps.The requirement of belonging to the organization is knowledge of Ukrainian language and Ukrainian departure school where children study history, literature and culture.
