For over 40 years Canadian Border Outfitters has been introducing families, groups of friends, fishing enthusiasts and wilderness adventurers to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area of Minnesota and Quetico Provincial Park, Ontario, Canada. Our guests often include generations of family members returning to CBO to share this wilderness experience the way they remember it. By overlooking Moose Lake, you are a part of Canoe Country the moment you arrive; the beckoning water, the eagles, the loon's calling, the lingering sunset and the Northern Lights are all right here
We offer options from just parking and unloading at our base on Moose Lake, to complete interior outfitting and fly-in expedition packages. Our lakeside cook shack offers breakfast and evening meals. Our store carries tackle, bait, Minnesota Fishing Licenses, Boundary Waters Permit issue station, along with souvenirs, snacks and camping supplies.
Our staff will work closely with you from the moment you call or email CBO and throughout the planning of your canoe country experience. Not only will you and your group receive detailed trip routing, but a visit to our own Lakeside Campsite gives you and your group first hand experience. Whatever your needs are, our goal is to provide you with the best overall canoe country experience possible.
