During the past eighteen years, a number of churches and individuals have attempted the restoration of the buildings and grounds. Thanks to extraordinary volunteers, roofs have been replaced and basic repairs have been made. Today a significant restoration project is under way with the goal being a full restoration of Camp Coffman Ministries.

During the past year, Camp Coffman has hosted roughly 1500 camper-days, including the following groups:

• The Boy Scouts of America


• The Royal Rangers


• The Explores Scouts Re-enactment Group


• The PA Game Commission Youth Field Day Program (more than 500 in attendance — the largest county Youth Field Day in the state)


• Youth groups


• Hundreds of individuals for picnics, hikes, and personal camping

The Purpose of Camp Coffman Ministries is to conduct camping, conference, educational, and outreach experiences for all ages with the express intent of leading individuals to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to a life committed to His service.
