What started with three resorts in 1991 is nearly 550 Rresorts and Campgrounds throughout the United States and Canada. We recognize our continuing obligation to both members and affiliated resorts, and we will strive to improve the system for the benefit of both. With stringent resort requirements for entrance and minimum purchase prices on products, our emphasis remains on quality, not quantity.

The general public cannot join AOR. Only members of resorts that are affiliated with AOR may join. This ensures that the AOR Affiliated Resorts will host AOR members acccording to the rules of the AOR Affiliation.
