Description

God Seekers: A wonderful camp for younger Elementary children! Many children attending this camp are first time campers, and we take care to make sure the campers are well nurtured and part of the community.  These few days at camp are packed with fun games, relays, small group times, nature activities, skits, campfires, swimming, and more! Children are given the opportunity to grow and thrive through these new experiences, all in a safe and fun environment.

Faith Adventure: Faith Adventure Camp is geared towards older elementary age kids who are ready for a whole week at camp. This adventurous week is spent making friends and learning about living in community. Faith Adventurers experience a lot of recreation activities: swimming, boating, crazy Olympics, as well as many other fun activities: crafts, service projects, skits, etc. In all these adventures, campers are encouraged to explore their faith and to see God in the beautiful nature they experience.

Youth Camp: Campers enjoy a week of fun and community building with junior high and high school students from across Alaska! Youth campers experience exciting group building activities on our community challenge course, meaningful worship experiences both indoors and out, and learn about servant leadership through participating in projects around camp.  As always, youth campers can look forward to lots of waterfront activities, endless s’mores, great games, and much more. Though this is a combined camp for Junior High and High School, students spend the majority of their time in small groups and cabin groups with students their own age. All campers come together during worship and meals.

MAD Camp:

Music and Drama Camp (MAD camp) is our longest resident camp. Participants range from grades 5-10 and possess a variety of skills. During their time at camp, MAD campers audition for, learn, practice and choreograph a prepared musical. Many campers enjoy this camp because they get the feeling of working towards and accomplishing a shared goal. MAD camp includes two performances at local churches on Saturday and Sunday. In between rehearsals, MAD campers still find time for all the great camp activities such as swimming, boating, crafts, games, team building, etc. Prior acting or music experience is not required.
