Camp Shamineau is a year round facility offering summer camps, trips, retreats, family camps, parent & child weekends, rental weekends, and community events.  Our desire is to 'clear a way to the cross' by sharing Christ's love in a camp setting.  You will be able to leave behind the distractions of everyday life, and enjoy exciting activities, worship times and fellowship with others.  Come join us at Camp Shamineau to experience the love of Christ.

The Taylors Falls Climbing Trip is a great experience for young outdoor enthusiasts. Campers will learn to trust each other on the cliffs overlooking the St. Croix River. Activities also include cooking over a campfire, hiking the river trails and having chapel times around the campfire. Climbers will gain basic climbing skills, lasting friendships and a new appreciation for God’s creation.

Pillsbury State Forest provides the backdrop for campers to enjoy horseback riding in a rustic camping environment.  Campers will ride out 20 miles to the Pillsbury campsite.  They will then spend two days exploring the wooded backcountry trails of Pillsbury State Forest.  Riders will learn basic horse care and riding skills to put into practice out on the trail.  They will also enjoy devotions, meals and fellowship around the campfire.  The riders will return with new skills, new friends and a new appreciation for God’s creation.
