Hope Mission was founded by Christians who deeply desired to reach out to marginalized people. This desire continues to define Hope Mission.

Through the support of Edmonton church communities we hold a gospel service with a served lunch, every evening of the week, year round, in the Herb Jamieson Centre. There is also a coffee house scheduled many Saturday night. As well, Hope Mission serves special event dinners, banquets and BBQ's for the inner city community.

But reaching out also involves going to where the people are. Our counselors and Chaplains visit people in prisons, bars, hospitals, shelters and other agencies. Contacts are made and follow-ups are done, all in an effort to show the love of Jesus Christ and the possibility of forgiveness and freedom in him.
