We recruit our staff from local colleges and universities. We also recruit from Craig’s list and we do have some counselors returning from previous years. In addition, we have some counselors in training that have reached the right age to be counselors. We interview all the applicants and returning staff, we do background checks, and check all references. We require all new and returning staff to attend camp training each summer.
