We have developed

a number of co-operative activities that promote peaceful interactions between children. One of the highlights of our week is building peaceful villages,

the activity seen here.

When we are not building peaceful villages, we are acting out conflict resolution skits, singing songs about peace (and other silly stuff), and creating some of the most engaging arts and crafts projects.

Peace Camp is a non-profit organization offering week-long summer day camp programs for children ages 6-12. Children have a wonderful week singing peace songs, creating art projects,doing funny skits about getting along with others and swimming in the afternoons. It offers children the benefits of a small group with a caring staff of adults and high school counselors who are skilled at creating fun while teaching children to cooperate.
