Your journey begins when you change into a Japanese robe provided by Osmosis and enter the tea garden, where your personal bath attendant serves you an organic herbal tea blended to complement the Enzyme Bath treatment.

The tea is mixed with enzymes made from more than 25 different, organically grown plants. As a digestive aid the enzyme tea is soothing and warm, and works in conjunction with the metabolic processes that occur during the bath.

Your massage at Osmosis is a full 75 minutes, scheduled within a 90-minute time frame to ensure you of a complete treatment. Our gifted practitioners offer a massage that combines classic Swedish and Esalen techniques, as well as five kinds of specialty massage (see 'Specialty Massage' below). Osmosis specialty massage includes Thai and Shiatsu treatments. Chosen because their styles fit well with Osmosis' Asian theme, these modalities are completely different from Swedish/Esalen  table massage. Performed on a mat on the floor, the recipient is dressed in comfortable non-restrictive clothing. We also offer Connective Tissue , Pre-Natal , and Lymphatic massage, received unclothed on a classic massage table.
