Many souls have been saved through the ministry of the Pleasant Valley Ranch. On a Thursday evening in July of 1974, John Niznik, a 10 year old boy gave his life to the Lord at the camp. John is now working with the youth department at the Mansfield Baptist Temple and also Foundations For Living, a treatment center for troubled youth. Doug Krause dedicated his life to the youth ministry at PVR. He now returns to the camp every year with about 75-100 youth and many young people's lives are changed during that week of camp. John and Doug are just a few of the many young people that have had their life changed because of the Pleasant Valley Ranch.
