CAMP DEENY RIBACK is JCC MetroWest's premiere summer day camp for campers ages 3 1/2 - 15. Fully accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA), CDR is located on 35 beautiful wooded acres in Flanders, NJ. Camp Deeny Riback sessions last 4, 6 or 8 weeks, a full hot and cold lunch program is included and door-to-door transportation is provided to most towns within Essex, Morris, and Union counties as well as centralized transportation from either JCC MetroWest campus. Each day at CDR is magical as campers participate in a full athletics and aquatics program, in addition to performing arts, nature, Mt. Biking and many other great programming activities, complemented with amazing special events. As the ultimate Jewish day camp in Morris County, Camp Deeny Riback provides our campers with a traditional camping experience where life skills are learned and lifelong friendships are created.



Junior Village was designed as a "camp within a camp."A place where our youngest campers can grow and learn in a safe and nurturing environment.



Middle camp is centered around the belief that children should have the freedom to begin to choose what they would like to do during the day while still in a structured camp environment.



When your camper gets off of the bus on a Friday morning, don't be surprised if they find themselves arriving into the Wild West, a wacky carnival, the Olympics, or even the beaches of Hawaii! Each week, CDR transforms itself into these and many other magical programs that stretch as far as your child's imagination.



Each of our special events are geared to suit the individual needs of our campers' development and creativity. Each event is designed to complement our weekly themes and provide unique and special activities to round out our dynamic weekly programming. From age-specific programming - like lower camp Disney day or Upper Camp Mitzvah Day - to camp-wide events - such as water carnival and Wild West day - one thing is for sure: your child will walk away from these Special Events with awesome experiences and countless memories!
