  • Block Reservations: Churches desiring to send children to camp during specific weeks need to make reservations. Camper discounts also apply to block reservations.

  • Please Note: Deposits ($50.00 per camper) are required for block reservations. The balance due must be received by the Camp Office before the children go to camp. Block registration forms and deposits are to be in the Camp Office one month prior to the camp date or the spaces will be released. The optional charges for canteen items and special activities are listed on the website and brochure.

Canteen, Camp Store, and Special Activities money will only be received at camp. Do not mail it or send it to the Baptist Office.

  • Cancellations: Camp size will be limited to 128 children per week. When you need to cancel, contact the Camp Office as soon as possible so another child can take your place.
