From time to time throughout the year, Eurotech® conducts a variety of customer satisfaction surveys to a specific group of customers or staff to collect valuable information on how we can specifically improve our Community Camp, Residential Camp, Career Opportunities and European Tour services. As a full time soccer education organization, we also want to know if and where we are meeting and/or exceeding your expectations.
There are two main reasons. First, the information you provide helps Eurotech® and it’s camp and tour divisions to improve their products, services, policies, and marketing communications to better serve your needs and preferences. The fact that we are conducting a survey indicates that Eurotech® wants valuable input from people like you.Second, most of our surveys offer a camp discount certificate or reward for answering the questions. When a reward is offered, the amount and eligibility requirements are stated in the e-mail message used to invite survey participants. Typically, each survey participant is given something as a token of our appreciation.
