Children belong to a community that fosters respect for everybody, regardless of their differences. This feeling of belonging instills in campers the confidence to try new things as well as the sense of responsibility to look outside themselves and give to the community around them. They learn to make good choices and discover how those choices affect their own experiences and those around them.
